DESIGN WORK most of the photos in the blog will be of projects I've undertaken as a designer. Some were done for myself, most have been for clients. I've also posted some photos of works while in progress. The partial demolition and reconstruction of a house, and renovations both interior and exterior, are included.
LISTINGS of mine will also be shown this relates to my work as a real estate broker. Properties currently for sale are listed as well as some of those I've sold over the years. You might notice some overlap between the design projects and real estate listings.

Robert Lohman is an accomplished designer and a licensed real estate broker with over twenty years experience on Long Island's East End. His clean and classic style has brightened shingle-style homes in the Hampton's, Park Avenue apartments, and offices throughout the tri-state area. 61 OLD TOWN ROAD, SOUTHAMPTON, NY
This home was first built in the 1920's in the Arts & Craft style. In 1982 good friends of mine from school purchased the house. I then helped with the initial renovation expanding the home into a two-story residence. Over the years there have been a number of renovations including new kitchens and baths and the addition of swimming pool and pool-house. The property is presently listed for sale. Yes the pool has a checker-board splash line with blue stone coping.
